Jeremy Vine Show – BBC2 – 13:00

Everyone at June’s Wish is incredibly excited that on 14 August 2026, our founder, Jules Minter, will be joining Jeremy Vine live at New Broadcasting House.

Shortly after the 1.00pm news on BBC Radio 2, Jules will be speaking to an audience of more than one million listeners about the realities of caring for parents with dementia. Drawing on her own experience of caring for both her mum and dad, she’ll share the challenges families face, the emotional impact of dementia, and why compassionate support is so important.

But this won’t just be a conversation about loss. Jules will also reflect on the precious moments of love, laughter and connection that can still be found throughout the dementia journey, and how those moments inspired the creation of June’s Wish – helping make meaningful final wishes come true for people living with dementia.
